This particular customer was looking for a product that was quicker to build than a conventional home, less maintenance, and the flex space of having a large garage connected to fit equipment and storage all in the same area as the living. This building fits all of the requirements. Excluding holidays, this project took approximately 60 working days (little over 3 months) to actually construct from time of breaking ground.
